Information wasn't the problem -- there was plenty of that. What was missing was the support, accountability, and psychological understanding needed to create lasting change.
This realization led me to discover the transformative power of health coaching. I saw how having the right support and strategies could help people break through barriers they'd struggled with for years and create sustainable changes they never thought possible.
This insight led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association's Professional Health & Wellness Coaching Program, where I developed deep expertise in behavior change psychology and evidence-based coaching techniques.
