Lasting behavior change doesn't happen overnight, and neither does developing new habits that stick. That's why I work with clients in a carefully structured 90-day coaching program. This time frame allows us to move through the stages of change, build sustainable habits, and create meaningful transformation that lasts.
During these 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to explore what truly motivates you, develop strategies that work for your unique life circumstances, and build the confidence to overcome obstacles along your wellness journey. My goal is to help you discover your own strength and wisdom to create lasting positive change.

Initial Discovery & Vision Session (90 minutes)
We begin with a deep exploration of your wellness vision and goals. Using powerful coaching tools and assessments, we'll uncover what truly matters to you, what's been holding you back, and what resources you have available to support your success. This session creates the foundation for our coaching partnership and your personalized path forward.
Your Customized Wellness Strategy
Based on our initial session, we'll co-create an action plan that aligns with your values and goals. This isn't a prescribed program—it's a flexible, evolving strategy that honors your bio-individuality and leverages your unique strengths and resources to support sustainable change.
Five Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I'm here to support you throughout. During these sessions, we'll explore your progress, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and adjust your approach as needed. You'll develop new insights, build confidence, and strengthen your ability to create and maintain positive change. Think of these sessions as your dedicated time to reflect, learn, and grow with the support of a professional coach who's committed to your success.
Continuous Support
Change happens between our sessions, in your day-to-day life. That's why I offer email support between appointments. Whether you're celebrating a breakthrough, facing an unexpected obstacle, or need to refocus your strategy, I'm here to provide timely guidance and consistent encouragement.

As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).
The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.
Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.
During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.
